NXT Stage LLC (“NXT Stage”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. When you use our AI Booth Architect or submit a quote request on nxtstage.biz, we collect only the contact and event information necessary to prepare your architectural scope, 3D rendering, and factory-direct quote.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide in our quote configurator, including your name, company name, work email, phone number, target trade show venue, move-in date, selected booth package, and optional turnkey add-ons.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your project details are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore and sent to our Southern California production desk (`hello@nxtstage.biz`) strictly to generate your exhibit quote, confirm inventory availability, and deliver requested CAD proofs. We never sell or broker your contact list to third-party trade show list vendors.
