Zero-Headache Logistics
Shipping, Install, and Strike Included.
The tradeshow industry is broken.
For too long, exhibitors have been held hostage by confusing union rules, mysterious "material handling" invoices, and post-show billing shock. We are ending that.
When you book with NXT Stage, our flat-rate pricing covers the physical booth, the freight, the installation, and the teardown. You just show up to the floor and sell.
No Hidden Drayage Fees. Ever.
We calculate all freight, I&D, and rental costs into your initial flat-rate quote. The price you sign off on is the exact price you pay. Period.
Our Turnkey Process
From fabrication to the show floor.
U.S. Fabrication
Your booth is cleaned and prepared in the U.S. Our SIP system booth are pre-staged and inspected before they hit the truck.
Direct Freight
We bypass complicated warehouse systems. We handle the Bill of Lading, hit target move-in times, and coordinate directly with the general contractor.
Expert I&D
Our labor crews know our systems inside and out. They build your booth, route your cables, and ensure everything is spotless before doors open.
Strike & Return
When the show ends, you head to the airport. Our crew handles the teardown, packs the crates, and ships everything back to our facilities.
Product Consolidation Process
1. Pre-Show Coordination
Once booked, your project manager will provide our warehouse shipping address and a designated "Product Arrival Window."
2. Inventory & Inspection
When products arrive, we inventory your items, inspect packaging for transit readiness, and securely crate them with your booth hardware.
3. Unified Freight
We ensure your products are on the same truck as your booth. This eliminates separate logistics chains and ensures everything arrives in one delivery.
4. On-Site Setup
Our I&D crew handles product placement during build. Provide your merchandising guidelines or floor plan, and we will execute the setup to your specs.
Important Note: Please ensure all products are clearly labeled. For high-value/fragile items, contact your project manager directly for specialized handling.
