Lock In Your Footprint
Select your configuration from the fleet—whether it is a lean 10x10 Base or a commanding 20x20 Island. Submit your dates and venue through our quote engine to lock in your flat-rate pricing. No hidden fees, no material handling surprises from our end.
The Handoff
Once your footprint is secured, we provide precise, pixel-perfect design templates. Your team drops in the branding, and our production crew runs a complete pre-flight check to ensure your seamless tension fabric graphics will print flawlessly from edge to edge.
The Pre-Build
We don't drop-ship boxes and hope for the best. Every modular aluminum extrusion and heavy timber frame is pulled, inspected, and pre-assembled in our shop. We test the digital display mounts and configure your A/V routing before it ever gets loaded onto a truck.
The Show Floor
We handle the logistics. Your booth arrives at the convention center, and our specialized installation crew executes the build. You walk onto the floor, turn on the lights, and start closing deals. When the show ends, you walk away—we handle the dismantle.

Who actually builds the booth on site?
We manage the installation and dismantle (I&D). Whether your event is at a strict union hall like McCormick Place or a non-union venue like the Orlando Omni Resort, we handle the labor coordination so you never have to touch an Allen wrench.
Are drayage and material handling included?
Our flat rate covers the hardware rental, graphics, shipping to the venue, and I&D labor. Show contractors (like Freeman or GES) will still bill you directly for moving the crates from the loading dock to your booth space (drayage). We design our kits to be incredibly lightweight to keep those specific GC fees as low as possible.
Do I own the graphics after the show?
Absolutely. You own the tension fabric graphics. You can take them with you, or we can store them in our facility for your next deployment. The aluminum and timber framing returns to our rental fleet.
What if I am doing a massive activation like CES?
We are built for scale. If you are coordinating restaurant buyouts, group spaces, or massive island deployments at the Las Vegas Convention Center, our project managers integrate seamlessly with your field marketing team to handle the physical logistics.
